Welcome to Berkshire Only

Berkshire can be found in Southern England and is one of England's oldest counties. It is a county synonymous with Race Courses such as Newbury and Ascot and where you can find numerous stately homes to enjoy such as Ashdown House or Highclere Castle near Newbury, as well as Windsor Castle. Windsor Castle is the oldest occupied castle in the world dating back to the 11th Century. Eton College is also one of the oldest schools in the country and is open to visitors between March to October.

For family entertainment, look no further than Legoland which is one of the most popular attractions in the country. Alternatively, in the summer months, why not enjoy the annual regatta on the Thames at Maidenhead in August or take a pleasant stroll along to Boulter's Lock which has been a favourite spot amongst visitors since the Edwardian period.
